An often angry person is more likely to suffer hypertension. Angry people often get sick because of the effect of anger on their bodies. Don’t let anger take control of your life when you can do something about it. There is nothing wrong with soliciting for help to mange any anger problem you may have. Bear in mind that if your pride can prevent you from reaching out for available solutions, it will also destroy you and everyone you love. Even though it may not look that way to you, getting help for your anger is sign of strength, not weakness.
