Do you like fruit or vegetable juices? Maybe you are a juicearian after all. We have all heard the expression "vegetarian" or "vegan" and now and then the word "fruitarian" as well. But the term "juicearian" is a little bit more uncommon, and not used as much. But times are changing since more and more persons are aware of ways of how to improve on their health. Consuming good freshly squeezed vegetable or fruit juices is sure one of them! If you are browsing for information about healthy juices you are sure at the right place. As a means of detoxifying the body, a lot of people have heard of juice fasts. Raw food adepts regimen also add juices as part of their nutrition. Almost anything can be juiced - fruits and vegetables, primarily. It's a form of concentrated nutrition. Some raw foodists consume only fresh fruit juices. Also, fruit and vegetable juices are great sources of the traditional nutrients. Citrus fruits (grapefruit, oranges, etc.) offer a healthy portion of vitamin C. Carrot juice contains large portions of vitamin A, in the form of beta carotene. A number of green juices are a good source of vitamin E. Fruit juices are a good source of essential minerals like iron, copper, potassium, sodium, iodine, and magnesium. These are bound by the plant in a form that is most easily assimilated during digestion. While fruit and vegetable juices are the most general type of juice, wheat grass juice has been receiving a lot of attention these days because of the denseness of nutrients it has. A real juicearian will do all these things just like a real vegetarian or fruitarian for that matter. The most important advantage of real fresh wheatgrass juice - juice made from raw, live, soil-grown wheat grass-, is the obvious high quantity of life force energy that it holds. It is one of the small number of truly fresh foods on hand (sprouts are another). The grass is alive and growing right up to the time it is juiced, and with any luck you are drinking it within a few minutes or so of juicing. Almost everybody gets our green veggies from food stores, and they were picked days ago and refrigerated - losing vitality the whole time. The situation is even worse for fruit, which could have been picked weeks before you eat it, and in some cases, held in cold storage for months - losing vitality the whole time. On the other hand, anybody can grow wheatgrass indoors, and consume it when it is really fresh. In conclusion, having plenty of fresh fruit juices daily will purify your system, make you feel totally energized and also, you will look beautiful. People will ask what you do differently! If they ask you the secret, just answer " I'm a juicearian".
